Included in our rates : Linens for the stay (bed sheets, duvets, pillows, bath towels). Energies (hot water, heating & electricity). Cleanings (arrival cleaning & departure cleaning). Other supplies (tablets for dishwasher, waste bags, toilets paper, etc). One parking place indoor or outdoor (according our availabilities). Special discounts for restaurants, sport shops & our watchmaker's shop "Ley's Go Store". One welcome drink only on Saturday from 6.30 pm at Castel Bar. One free shuttle "bus" departure from the resort to access to the cable cars of Leysin (only during winter season). Not included in our rates :
One security deposit (caution) refundable of 350.-CHF (by cash or by credit card imprint) against damages in the apartment. The holiday taxes must be paid at the reception desk during the check-out (3.10.-CHF per night per adult & 2.-CHF per night per child from 6 to 16 years old). Additionnal equipments (DVD player, baby chair, baby cot, sale on site of Nespresso coffee capsules, etc.). Pets are admitted for a fee of 8.-CHF per day or 50.-CHF per week. Wireless connection Wi-Fi (5.-CHF, unlimited connection). Laundry room with payable machines (one washing machine + one dryer machine). Additionnal cleanings on request at the reception desk (payable service for a change of bed linens & bath towels, etc.) This price list can be modified at any time without any warning !
(*) Special Conditions : Prices preceded with this symbol (*), mean that the rate quoted per night is applicable if you book several consecutive nights. This condition relates generally the winter & summer high seasons. The number of nights to book is defined for each category of apartment. It should therefore to click on the type of apartment to find the tariff provisions currently in force. Nevertheless, in case of late demand (from 7 days to 1 day upon the arrival date), these tariff restrictions will therefore not be applicable and bookings for a night basis will be accepted according to our availabilities !
